Welding - A User Friendly Process For Instant Fastening :
Standards : Our products conform to ISO 13918:1998 standard, which supercedes the DIN 32501 (type 1 to 5) standard. The high quality is readily apparent from the high break loads (torque values) of the product. Quality Control : Every batch of studs that leaves our factory is subjected to thorough inspection and testing. Test certificates are issued with each batch as per standard Quality Control norms. The studs can be tested by mechanical / destructive testing, using a torque wrench. This indicates whether the strength is within prescribed torque values. Non-destructive inspection can be conducted by using a torsion meter or other methods specified in the AWS Handbook (Vol. 3, 9th edition. Ref :C5.4-93. "Recommended Practices For Stud Welding" ).
