Established in 1989, Conweld Engineering Services is an ISO 9001:2000 certified company that manufactures speciality weldable fasteners for stud welding and projection welding. We also manufacture products and consumables for Arc Stud (ceramic ferrules) and Capacitor Discharge Stud Welding Systems, such as collets. Our vast experience allows us to provide you with high quality products that give you consistently good results, and services & support you need. Our factory is located at Bhosari, Pune, where our skilled workforce produces welding studs in standard and custom sizes to suit your needs.

ISO 9001 is the internationally recognized standard for quality management systems. In June 2006, Conweld Engineering Services was registered to the ISO 9001:2000 standard by TÜV South Asia Pvt. Ltd. (Certificate Regn. No. 99 100 01348). The scope of the registration is: "the manufacture and supply of Weld Studs and Rivets."

• Capacitor Discharge Weld studs in diameters of M3 to M8, or without threads or with tapping in Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium Alloy, AlMg3 studs (also for cookware), Brass or Copper.
• Capacitor Discharge Studs in standard lengths ranging from 8mm to 40mm, in increments of 2mm, viz. M3x10, M3x12 and other specified dimensions in metric / UNC or Imperial (BSN) threads
• Capacitor Discharge Insulation pins in Mild Steel or Stainless Steel with disc washers, upto 100mm long
• Drawn Arc / Short-Cycle Studs in Mild Steel with or without plating finish or Stainless Steel 304, 316.
• Projection Welding Bolts for Resistance Welding in MS & SS 304
